I am affirmations for kids are powerful because they are clear, simple, and to the point. By consistently and repeatedly reminding your kids, or simply saying it to your kids, it will eventually stick and become part of their mindsets.

Psychology Today says that affirmations are used to retrain the subconscious mind and get us to believe certain things about ourselves, the world, and our place in it. They are also used to help us create the life we want, which usually means making (or attracting) money, love, beauty, and happiness.
