Cinnamon Prickly Pear

Combine the gin, prickly pear liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a co*cktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of apple or lemon peel, if desired.

Autumn Tonic

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously. Strain ingredients onto fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with Tors Tonic and garnish with pear slices.

Taurus

In a Collins glass add ice, Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear, Coppercraft Gin, lemon juice, and butterfly pea simple syrup. Top with Champagne and lightly stir. Garnish with a lemon peel and Maraschino cherry.

Virgo

Mix salt and edible beverage dust until well combined. Rim a glass with lime juice and salt mixture. Set aside. In a shaker tin with ice, add all the ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain into rimmed rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a flower.

Cucumber Collins

Pour all the ingredients (minus the soda water) into a shaker tin. Shake with ice vigorously. Strain onto fresh rocks in a Collins glass. Top with soda water and slice a cucumber ribbon for the garnish.

Cucumber Dreams

In a shaker tin, add all the ingredients except soda water and dry shake until well combined. Add ice to the shaker tin and wet shake. Strain into a Collins glass, top with soda water and garnish with a cucumber wheel.

Zodiac Series: Cancer

In a pitcher or dispenser combine Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, lime juice, agave nectar, soda water and stir until well combined. Pour into glass with ice and garnish with cucumber and lime.

Lady Whistledown’s Gimlet

.25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
.25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
2 oz Coppercraft Gin
.25 oz simple syrup
1 oz lime juice

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Coupe glass. Garnish with lime wedge and cucumber slice.

Winter Orchard

1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
1 oz coconut milk
Ice cubes
Fresh blueberries for garnish

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Gently mix the light pink liqueur and coconut milk. Pour over the back of a spoon into the glass. In a separate container, pour elderflower liqueur over the back of a spoon into the glass. Garnish with blueberries.

Spooky Booze

1 oz Thatcher’s Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz Joseph Magnus Navy Strength Gin
.5 Crème de cassis liqueur
.75 oz lime juice
2 oz soda water
Activated charcoal
Blackberries, garnish

In a shaker tin with ice, add Joseph Magnus Navy Strength Gin, Thatcher’s Elderflower Liqueur, and Creme de cassis liqueur, lime juice, and activated charcoal and shake vigorously. Strain mixture into a Collins glass with fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish with fresh blackberries.

Elderflower Spritz

In a glass with ice add all ingredients and stir gently to chill and combine. Garnish with cotton candy.

Test of Thyme

.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz gin
.5 oz lemongrass syrup
.25 oz thyme syrup
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz lemon juice

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Add ice and garnish with a thyme sprig, lime, and lemon wheel.

Blood Orange Negroni

Rub the interior of each glass with the blood orange peel. Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the Gin, Thatcher’s Blood Orange Liqueur, Campari and Sweet Vermouth and stir well. Garnish with fresh blood orange and blood orange peel. Garnish with decorative bats and dry ice. (optional)

Thatcher’s Cosmo

1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
1.5 oz Coppercraft Citrus Vodka
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz cranberry juice
Lime wheel, garnish

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

Blood Moon Sour

Chill the glass. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice to shaker and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Peychaud’s bitters on egg foam.

Orchard Spritz

Build in a wine glass :Thatcher’s Blood Orange Liqueur, Coppercraft Vodka and fresh cider, add ice and top with choice of hard cider and stir. Garnish with blood orange slice, apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
Thatcher’s Blood Orange Cinnamon Infusion: Into a container empty a bottle of Thatcher’s Blood Orange Liqueur (save bottle), add 6-8 cinnamon sticks and let sit to infuse for 24 hours. Strain infusion and place back in the bottle.

Spiced Pear Martini

Fill a co*cktail shaker with ice. Pour in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, pear juice, spiced simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour mixture evenly between 3 martini glasses. Garnish with sliced pear and star anise. Dust with edible glitter (optional).

Ginger All The Way

Rim a coupe glass with white chocolate and set aside. In a co*cktail shaker with ice, add Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and gingersnap syrup. Shake until combined. Strain mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Golden Party

Add all the ingredients to the shaker (minus the champagne). Shake vigorously with ice. Pour all ingredients into a wine glass and top with champagne. Garnish with dried fruit and rose petals. Top with rose petals.

Let’s Go Crazy

3 days prior: infuse your InBooze Let’s Go Crazy in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka in a closed container – In a shaker tin with ice, add 4 oz of infused vodka and lemon juice and shake until chilled. Strain into two Collins glasses with fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish with dried hibiscus flowers.

Peppermint Bliss

2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz cranberry juice
Crushed ice
Cranberries, garnish

Add Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, peppermint schnapps, crushed ice, and cranberry juice to the shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with cranberries.

Aquarius Awakening

1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
1.5 oz vodka
2 oz grapefruit juice
Tonic water
Grapefruit peel, garnish

Shake the hibiscus liqueur, vodka, and grapefruit juice with ice, then strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with a grapefruit peel.

1.5 oz gin
.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Lemon twist, garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Hibiscus co*cktail

1.5oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
1 oz tequila blanco
.5oz fresh lime juice
2 oz dry rosé
Mint sprig

Combine Thatcher’s, tequila, and lime juice. Shake, strain into glass. Top with sparkline Rosé and garnish with mint sprig.

Pisces Paradise

1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Small Batch Vodka
1 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
Pineapple wedge, garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Capricorn Crush

1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur
1.5 oz vodka
.5 oz lime juice
Soda water
Mango peel, garnish

Shake the mango liqueur, vodka, and lime juice with ice, then strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a mango peel.

Magic Mangorita

1.5oz Thatcher’s Mango
1.5oz tequila blanco
0.5oz lime juice

Combine in a shaker tin with ice, shake, and serve.

Citrus Frost Sparkler

2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
1 oz silver tequila
.5 oz agave syrup
1 oz fresh orange juice
Sparkling water
Orange slice, garnish

In a shaker filled with ice, combine peach liqueur, tequila, agave syrup, and fresh orange juice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice.

Sagittarius Sunset

1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
1.5 oz rum
2 oz orange juice
.5 oz grenadine
Orange slice, garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice.

Country Peach Collins

1 part Thatcher’s Peach Liqueur
2 parts gin
2 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 parts club soda

Combine all ingredients except for the club soda into an ice-filled shaker, and pour over ice into a highball glass. Top with club soda, garnish with 1-2 peach slices.

Midnight Mulberry

2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Watermelon Liqueur
1 oz gin
1/2 oz blue curacao
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Dried orange slice, garnish

Add watermelon liqueur, gin, blue curacao, ice, and lemon juice to the shaker. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a dried orange slice.

Scorpio Sensation

1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Watermelon Liqueur
1.5 oz tequila
.5 oz lime juice
Jalapeño slice
Jalapeño slice, garnish
Watermelon slice, garnish

Muddle the jalapeño slice in a shaker, then add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish witha watermelon slice and a jalapeño slice.

Melonade Melody

1.5oz Thatcher’s Organic Watermelon Liqueur
1.5oz Thatcher’s Small Batch Vodka
Lemonade

Combine ingredients over ice, top with lemonade.
