Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks throughout your day. Your main responsibilities will include addressing reactive emergency maintenance needs by assessing and repairing equipment issues promptly. Additionally, you will focus on preventive maintenance, inspecting equipment, creating work orders, and planning maintenance activities during planned outages. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by checking information from previous shifts, communicating with operators, and reading and interpreting blueprints. This is a permanent position.
Work Environment
The work environment is an open-air warehouse with heat and drink stations available to accommodate both winter and summer seasons. The plant is very large with multiple areas, and depending on your team or specific skill set, some outdoor work may be required. We provide all necessary tools, training, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Your workday may vary, including time spent on the floor or in the office, where many systems are automated. Additionally, you will enjoy a 20-minute paid lunch and breaks.
