All you will need for this is almond flour (64 grams), coconut flour (28 grams), xanthan gum (1 tsp), grass fed butter (60 grams) or coconut oil, baking powder (1 tsp), vanilla extract (1 tsp), eggs (3), salt (1/4 tsp), and water (250 ml).

  1. Preheat the oven to 415 degrees Fahrenheit while you grease and flour a donut pan. Be sure to use the coconut flour we mentioned above.
  2. Whisk the flours and gum together, then place it aside.
  3. In a pan, heat the butter, water, sweetener and salt until it comes to a simmer. Then, add the ingredients that you already whisked together. Continue to let this cook on low until the dough starts to form. This should take roughly 2 minutes.
  4. Remove the dough and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, add one egg at a time to the dough, as well as the vanilla extract and baking powder, using a mixer. Keep mixing until you get a stretchy doughy consistency.
